Now available is the "AT HOME SPIEDIE MARINADE KIT". You can order it two ways the 3 pack or the 6 pack. Now you can have great tasting spiedies at home.
The kit is a pouch with marinade in it so all you have to do is put 2 pounds of your favorite meat in and refrigerate. The kit also includes skewers and a monthly recipe card. Free shipping in the continental US.
Here are the directions you will find on each kit:
- Shake contents of pouch vigorously to blend liquid with spices.
- Add 2 pounds of your favorite cubed meat, (chicken, pork, beef, lamb, venison) fish or vegetables.
- Seal pouch while eliminating excess air.
- Knead contents of pouch until marinade is distributed throughout.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Skewer tightly.
- Char grill and serve on Italian bread, roll or with salad or pasta.
